And the ground moved.
The Earth…
drowned in her own dust,
sneezed out an unbearable abuse
after decades of rigidity.
The open sores
traced the sadness
on her face, pleading
to breathe again.
Rocking back and forth,
she recognized her fragments
and restored a new balance.
The alchemical art transmuted
what was dense and dark,
drunk on fear and pain,
into a lesson of love.
A valid and wise return
was light settling upon a point:
her center of peace...
The rest is embracing
for those who still feel the tremor,
but confusion
no longer runs through their veins.
Hope is reborn,
helplessness comes to a halt,
the air begins to flow
inhaling empathy
and exhaling union.
