Verse
I Knock on Your Door
In the book: "I'll be there in 1, two, 3"

I knock on your door
If you open it,beware of this she-wolf lying in wait,
ready to get drunk on your breath
until she has had her fill.
We come to an agreement:
neither six nor nine.
I propose a sixty-nine
that belongs to us both.
Breathe out a crimson cry,
trembling vowels
tearing the veil
of absence...
of that shameful story.
Don't believe that birds fly
or that flowers give off perfume
until you are able to leap
with those who add up
the joy of living.
