Verse
The Shoe Sticks Out Its Tongue
In the book: Trilogy; "I arrive in 1, two, 3"

The shoe sticks out its tongue
Backstitches of spring on your back, sighs of winds
and early smiles.
Nothing stops you from chasing the moral
of the one who sings ungagged
and a mouthful of fable
rescues the plea
between the tongue and the shoe.
But remember
that the seasons are bound to catch you off guard
and your hair is going to fall out,
even if in summer you feel no cold,
before winter comes,
ask your uncle for a cap.
