Rebirth

What she felt

Rebirth represents the passage from a territory marked by the fragments of the past toward a new consciousness of abundance, worthiness and gratitude for life.
The composition is built through organic forms that curve, open up and seem to germinate one within another. The great green movements suggest a new sky and a nature that expands once again, while blues, pinks and warm tones multiply in shapes resembling flowers, seeds, buds and small winged presences. Together they convey the sensation of a life recovering its capacity to grow.
The denser, darker areas remain as vestiges of what once was. They are those “coffers of shadowy husks” that reach the ground to complete their cycle. The past is not denied: it is transformed into substrate for that which is beginning to be born.
In contrast, the profusion of floral forms expresses abundance chosen from a new perspective. Spring ceases to be merely a season and becomes an inner state: to flourish is to allow oneself to receive what one considers deserved. The brushstrokes, dots and small scattered forms evoke those “winged rains” that descend and caress the landscape, carrying light toward what had previously remained hidden.
Rebirth also speaks of gratitude. After recognizing the scattered traces of her own history, the gaze no longer dwells solely on what has been lost: it discovers color, fragrance, greenness and the possibility of choosing differently.
The work thus expresses an awakening in which every fragment lived finds a new place. The past remains as root, but it no longer determines the landscape. Above it another spring grows: more conscious, fertile and open to abundance.

Meaning

Rebirth

Fragments of my life scattered everywhere,
traces of the past I could not see.
This time I choose better:
abundance covers the new sky
with fresh sighs and intense greenery,
a silent lap upon the ground
where coffers of shadowy husks go to die.
Winged rains caress what I deserve,
embroidering lights on blossoming petals,
when the evening crosses the wooded landscape,
spring leaves perfumed scents behind.
A beating that resounds like a sweet melody,
subtlety for my enamored ears.
