Bursting into Force

Bursting into Force represents the instant in which that which remained contained for years breaks its limits and finds a path to liberation.
The curved, spiral and expansive forms suggest accumulated emotions that cease to remain encapsulated. The red strokes burst forth with force and project outward like an explosion of energy, while the dark areas evoke the stories, the fears and the doubts that have conditioned one's steps.
In the lower part, the circular movement seems to concentrate that which was held back: memories, fears and hopes. From that nucleus, the composition expands and rises. The yellows contribute luminosity and vigor, while greens and blues accompany the passage toward a space of greater openness.
The work speaks of breaking inner bonds. Fear loses its dominion, the ashes of what has been lived cease to immobilize, and that which was once repressed is transformed into impulse.
Bursting into Force does not represent merely a rupture, but a rebirth: the moment in which the need for freedom becomes more powerful than fear and recovers the desire to move forward, to rise and to fly.
What was contained bursts forth, is transformed into strength and opens the way to freedom.

Bursting into Force

Stories that suffocate,
breaths that smother and enchain,
the dances trapped
within that frightened adult.
The trembling beneath his feet
robs him of his balance:
the doubts run burning and scorch
leaving sleeping ashes
that, for years,
have held back his steps.
Encapsulated hopes burst in his chest
releasing cries that tear the sky apart.
Caresses of relief course through his veins
and the thirst for freedom invites him to fly.
